How to Order
Ordering products through the Verizon Pioneer E-Store is secure, easy and flexible. You simply locate the product or product category that interests you, review the item description, select the product(s), complete your ordering information and submit your order.
If you prefer to order Verizon Pioneer merchandise through the mail by check or credit card, please click here to access a form that you can print out, complete, and mail with a check or credit card information. 1.Locate your product
Find any product by clicking on the Site Index or by clicking on one of the category links located on the main page (Apparel, Cookbooks, Collectibles, Specialty Items). You can order a single product or multiple products from several product categories. Submit your order now!

2.Check your order
After submitting your order, the CartManager software pretty much takes over. That is, it will calculate total number of items and grand totals, including applicable tax. At this point you can submit your order, change, add, or subtract from your order, continue shopping, or back out of the whole idea. No transaction is made until you complete and submit the order form and your credit card information has been authorized.

3.Complete billing/shipping information
CartManager cannot validate your personal information, so ensure you complete each field accurately. Next, select a payment method, submit your order, and you will receive an online receipt that you can print and/or save on your PC. You can also log in personal information using a secret password that will allow you to re-order products in the future without having to complete the shipping/billing information with every order.

We guarantee that every transaction you make at the Verizon Pioneer E-store will be 100 percent safe. This means you pay nothing if unauthorized charges are made to your card as a result of shopping at our online store.

Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges. If your bank does hold you liable for any of this $50.00, the Verizon Pioneers will cover the entire liability for you, up to the full $50.00. The Verizon Pioneers will only cover this liability if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made at this site while using the secure server. In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.
