Light Blue Glass Commemorative Bell

These limited-edition light blue bell paperweights were cast in the original Fenton Artists mold used to produce recognition items for Theodore Vail, first President of New England Telephone (1883) and AT&T. A true collector's item! The words "Bell System" are embossed on the sides of these 2" tall by 2-1/4" wide bells.These commemorative bells feature the embossed words, "VER-TEL-FRONT ANNUAL MEETING 2002 HAMPTON VA" on the bottom with the Pioneer logo. These bells were given as gifts to those attending the 2002 annual meeting of the Verizon Pioneers.Each bell is handcast, inspected, stamped and the date stamp destroyed. Approximately 600 bells were produced for this meeting.
