and download a free Microsoft Viewer which will allow you to print out the presentations.  After you have downloaded and installed the PowerPoint Viewer come back to these presentations and highlight the file you want - do not to open it.   Then go to file and select "target/save as" and then save it to your desktop and then open and print it.
